• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner and take messages if needed.
  • Support with business travel by liaising with corporate travel agent.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Manage office cleaning services.
  • Manager Office Driver’s daily schedule.
  • Order pantry and stationery supplies for the office.
  • Raise Purchase Orders on the Finance system for purchases made.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.






  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Fast learner, adaptable and eager to learn.
