Main responsibilities & duties:
- Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of hospitality facilities.
- Ensuring the provision of hospitality services.
- Ensuring planning and budgeting of hospitality services.
- Maintaining furnishing, linen, and furniture in the department.
- Requisitioning and controlling of stores.
- Dealing with guests’ complaints and requests.
- Maintaining inventory for hospitality equipment and stores.
- Overseeing the supervision and assignments of work schedules; and
- Mentoring and coaching of staff.
Qualifications and skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and hotel management or any suitable field.
- Medium English language or above.
- Courtesy, good disposition and agility.
- Problems solving ability.
- Communication & effective dealing with customers.
- Artistic sense of coordination and arrangement.
- Dealing with different systems and dealing with emails.
