- Prepares Standard Operating Procedures based on best practice, NEOM procedures and local market knowledge.
- Implements Estimating databases on behalf of NEOM
- Defines all necessary tools, formats and ensures implementation by all cost consultancy companies working on the
- delivery of the scope within NEOM Projects.
- Ensures compliance of all the NEOM & Aecom procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Undertakes BoQ & estimate reviews activities.
