We are now looking for a Sous-Chef who is currently in Saudi Arabia who will be assisting our Executive Chef.
Where we specialize in Indian food
- Ensure high quality food production by meticulously preparing and implementing internal production processes.
- Support the Executive Chef in preparing new recipes and in writing technical papers for menu items for mass production.
- Ensure that the kitchen and storage areas are tidy and that all products are stored appropriately.
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards, and use safe and hygienic food handling practices.
- Manage inventory appropriately.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members.
- Assist with all kitchen duties assigned by the chef and management as needed.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Accuracy and speed in the implementation of food production.
- Fluency in English allowing easy communication with Chef and Management.
- Experience in creating technical English language papers for recipes and menus.
- Experience in preparing industrial food is a big plus
- Excellent record of kitchen management and staff.
- Ability to work during night shifts (12 a.m. to 8 p.m.)
