Roles and responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers, informing them of offers, if any, and responding to their inquiries.
  • Receiving orders including card & cash payments, awareness of customers' preferences.
  • Preparing and serving various drinks according to the menu.
  • Entry of new supplies accurately in the system and review stocks on a regular basis.
  • Periodic check of equipment and report needed of maintenance.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the beverage processing area and bar.
  • Informing management of observations and developments and making recommendations to improve quality.

Requirements and skills:

  • The ability to communicate with different customers and try to attract them in a professional manner.
  • Experience in food service system such as Foodics and others.
  • Proficiency in dealing with beverage preparation devices and equipment.
  • The ability to work in different shift times.
  • Accuracy and knowledge of customer preferences and beverage ingredients.
