The Salad Chef is mainly responsible for preparing variety of salads, new creations and ensure freshness of salads.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare salads which are to be served according to specification and timing.
Order all produce used in salad production and ensure cleanliness and freshness of ingredients.
Prepare and create salads, sauces and dippings
Perform duties with sense of ownership with good knowledge of quantity of food production. Use proper portioning, measuring and/or weighing ingredients.
Use appropriate utensils such as knife, mixer, food chopper, blender, ovens and all measuring kitchen equipment. Ensure highest quality of salad production. Duties as per assigned from time to time
