The HR DIRECTOR is responsible for developing and executing Human Capital strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company, specifically in the areas of Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Retention and Employer Branding.
He/She will provide strategic leadership by championing and articulating Human Capital needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and board of directors.
