Job Description

• Administer the monthly payroll process through the HRMS system to ensure employees receive their salaries as per agreed timelines • Ensure all job related updates ( eg: salary, promotions, management / supervisor changes etc inputted into the HRMS system are carried out in line with the established policies and procedures • Ensure all changes in payroll are based on approvals through the approval matrix and communicated to all relevant parties. • Prepare & communicate Final Settlement calculations (End-of-Service, Vacation Days, Advances, etc) to Finance Department for Release • Conduct GOSI deduction updates on an annual basis • Review HRMS capabilities and identify opportunities for automation to increase resourcing efficiency. • Plan, configure & test HR system implementation and ensure alignment with concerned departments. • Audit HRMS records for all employees for employment details (financial and job related data) on a regular basis. • Ensure the HRMS system is updated to accurately reflect employee status (ID, job role, salary details etc) • Provide training and on - going support to the users of the HRMS system to support development of a 100% error proof system and ensure maximum usage of its capabilities • Ensure departments in the HR function have up to date process maps in place and that these are being utilized. Provide support to HR Functional Managers on process mapping as required • Ensure all HR processes are reflected in the HRMS system to avoid inconsistency • Provide support and specialist advice to the C&B Manager in designing and deploying new compensation and benefits policies and practices across the organisation • Act as a first point of contact for employees on all Compensation and Benefits operational issues including salary grading, bonuses and variable pay plans

Skills

• Degree (Bachelors) • Additional Diploma in HR will be an advantage • Should have experience in handling Payroll in a big organisation • Excellent hands on experience on Excel • Experience of handling an HRMS would be an advantage • Analytical, Good communication skills • Ability to synthesize and grasp inter related processes • Process oriented • High integrity • 3 - 4 years
