Job Description

  • To oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes
  • Assist in Developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Assist in Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
  • Assist in Managing payroll and maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Skills

High communication skills

  • Strong Background in government regulations specially the ministry of labor regulations
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
