Job Description

  • Prioritize workload and ensure that the Managing Director is aware of urgent matters regarding the company;
  • Compose, type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports;
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for superior;
  • Answer telephone calls and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals;
  • Arrange travel plans (flight, transportation, accommodation, visa application);
  • Taking messages;
  • Mail newsletters, promotional material, and other information;
  • Managing databases;
  • Monitoring junior staff;
  • Handling correspondence;
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems;
  • Write trip and expenses reports, research, etc;
  • Act as the liaison between the Managing Director’s office and everyone else.
