We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Should have good knowledge and experience in all authority approvals and its procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, identify any issues or deviations from plans, and implement corrective measures.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design and construction-related challenges.
- Monitor project costs and budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare progress reports and update project stakeholders on the status of construction projects.
- Ensure that all construction activities adhere to quality standards and are executed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Saudi resident, currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Professional certification or licensure is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English)
