We are looking for experienced Operations Managers and MCN (Multi-Channel Network) Managers to join our team remotely!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a network of creators and influencers.
- Oversee influencer relations, ensuring high engagement and retention.
- Successfully scout and onboard talented content creators to join our network.
- Develop strategies to optimize YouTube monetization and channel growth.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing MCN or influencer networks.
- Strong background in working with YouTube creators and influencers.
- Track record of successfully recruiting creators to MCNs.
- Knowledge of YouTube Content ID, monetization, and platform policies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects efficiently.
