Job Purpose We are seeking a strategic, highly connected, and native Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager / Industrial Sales Specialist. Your primary mission will be to monetize our state-of-the-art textile and apparel manufacturing facilities by securing large-scale production contracts, private-label partnerships, and facility-leasing agreements with major regional retail brands, uniform buyers, and corporate consumer goods enterprises across Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Contract Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and close high-volume B2B contract manufacturing deals with major fashion retailers, retail groups, and consumer brands.
- Industrial Facility Pitching: Convert cold leads into enterprise clients by effectively showcasing our factory’s production capacity, machinery capabilities, lead times, and quality standards.
- Corporate & Uniform Accounts: Secure lucrative, long-term B2B procurement contracts for corporate uniforms, workwear, and specialized apparel with large industrial, aviation, and hospitality corporations.
- End-to-End Client Onboarding: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initiating executive-level contact and coordinating fabric/apparel sampling to final contract negotiation and production sign-off.
- Market Positioning: Analyze regional retail supply chains to position our domestic Saudi manufacturing facility as a faster, more reliable alternative to international shipping.
- Language: Native Arabic speaker with flawless business English (essential for local brand networking and corporate contract structuring).
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B corporate sales, industrial sales, or leasing within Textile, Apparel, Consumer Goods, or Fashion Retail Supply Chains.
- Existing Network: An active, established network of procurement managers, supply chain directors, and decision-makers within major GCC retail brands or corporate buying groups.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand textile production metrics (e.g., fabric types, GSM, production volumes, printing/stitching capabilities) and translate them into commercial value for the client.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid Saudi driving license and have the flexibility to travel to regional brand headquarters and industrial zones.
- Executive base salary.
