Keys tasks:
· Inspect all type of concrete activities according to ASTM, BS and ACI with (ISO) documents).
· Design for Most class of concrete with doping materials just like Micro Silica, Fly Ash & GGBFS, Material inspection and acceptance
· Coordination with the Projects Consultants and site engineers regarding mix design, quality of concrete and site inspection
· Coordinate with independent laboratories regarding standardization of the materials
· Quality control on production line in plant.
· Manager for Research and development Department
· Manager of laboratory of all test of concrete.
· Training and Auditing within Laboratory.
· Supervisor on labor, Technician & Engineers.
· Install batch plant for any projects.
· LEED points with all documents and sub metals document (any project).
· Responsible for all technical activities of Plant and Materials.
· Concreting works inspection (pre pouring, pouring and post pouring).
· Evaluation of test results for concrete.
· Checking of monthly test summary
· Reporting to the General Manager
