The BDM will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the interior fit-out sector, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess strong local market knowledge, an established professional network, and a proven ability to close high-value commercial, hospitality, or residential contracts.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a market penetration strategy aligned with JV goals
Identify potential clients and actively pursue commercial opportunities
Engage with developers, consultants, and main contractors to build and maintain strong relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations
Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to support strategic planning
Represent the JV and Bond Interiors at relevant industry events and forums
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals in a CRM system
7–10 years of experience in business development or sales within the fit-out or construction sector
Demonstrated success in securing major contracts in KSA
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of Saudi regulatory and business frameworks
