Requirements:
Saudi National (as per the company Saudization goals).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Knowledge of Saudi labour laws and hiring regulations.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
Fluent in Arabic and English
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on feedback.
Manage and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking systems.
Prepare and send job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding processes.
Support Saudization initiatives and ensure compliance with localization quotas.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Participate in career fairs and local recruitment events.
Generate recruitment reports and KPIs as needed.
