  • The SDLC Governance oversight to ensure the plan vs design vs build.
  • Client CG Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP).
  • DevOps and CICD.
  • SDLC & DevOps required technical products and Tools.
  • SDLC to include the pipelines run, tests, and reports.
  • SDLC to include the capability to build the applications.
  • SDLC to include the Testing Automation.
  • SDLC to include the unit tests to achieve the code coverage.
  • SDLC for quality validation, incident and issue management, and infrastructure health to achieve the quality gates pre-deployment and post-deployment.
  • SDLC to include the code repository for code management.
  • SDLC to include artifacts for managing the third-party libraries.
  • SDLC to include the capability to deploy the applications.
  • SDLC & GitOps to cover all the rollout and rollback strategies.
  • SDLC to include the capability of triggering the builds or releases.
  • SDLC to include the capability of integrating and tractability with ITSM solution.
  • SDLC to include the capability of dashboard and reporting.
  • SDLC to include the capability of managing the No code / Low code changes.
  • SDLC to include the capability of integrating with Security & Vulnerability Scanning Tools (ex: SAST/DAST).
  • SDLC to include the capability of the pipeline deployment approvals and workflows.
