Job Responsibilities:
1.Complete local financial calculation and tax declaration in Saudi Arabia, ensuring strict compliance with local tax laws (e.g., Zakat, VAT) and regulatory requirements; accurately prepare and submit tax returns, financial statements, and other required documents on time.
2.Take charge of the company’s external accounting and settlement work, including managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling vendor/customer accounts, processing payment settlements, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of external financial transactions.
3.Oversee tax management work: support tax planning initiatives to optimize the company’s tax burden legally, identify potential tax risks, and propose mitigation measures to ensure full compliance with Saudi tax regulations.
4.Manage cost control: collect and verify financial data (e.g., expense reports, budget execution data), conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures, prepare basic financial spreadsheets and reports; sort out financial processes, promote system optimization, and track the progress of key financial-related business.
5.Provide financial analysis support: analyze financial performance (e.g., profitability, liquidity) and prepare analysis reports; assist in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of the annual budget to align financial goals with business objectives.
6.Coordinate with Chinese colleagues to complete the group’s account inventory management and supervision work, including providing accurate local financial data, participating in cross-regional financial audits, and ensuring consistency with group financial standards.
7.Assist superiors in the financial supervision of the Saudi company, including monitoring internal financial controls, evaluating the effectiveness of financial processes, and providing suggestions for improving financial management efficiency.
