I am Mohamed Asan, SAP Business One senior functional consultant, Previously I was working with Mahindra Logisoft Business Solution Ltd. (Group of Mahindra & Mahindra) @ Chennai and now I am working in Wipro Technologies (Radiant) @ Bangalore Location. My current role is SAP Funtional Lead - SAP and my responsibilities are

• Analyze the functional Business requirement for the Sales and Distribution, Purchasing, Inventory and CRM function.
• Responsible for the configuration of the SAP Business One system.
• Prepare all the Project Documentation and Progress Reports for the Top level Management.
• Providing training to the end user. (Sales, CRM, Purchasing)
• Guidance to team member for solving complex issues.
• Setting up the system, designing layouts – (PLD & QPLD), alerts, approvals, SQL queries, user interface screens, user defined fields and tables.
• Coordinate with development team for new functionality in product.
• Customizing SAP Business One.
• Administrator of SAP B1 system, responsible for authorization (General, Data Ownership) and overall maintenance.
• Designing management and User specific Business reports.
• Monitor SAP Business ONE (B1) operating environment for performance and reliability.
• Trouble-shoot in SAP B1 system Problems.
• Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the SAP B1 system.
• Manage and Monitor backup and Disaster Recovery for SAP B1.

• Latest SBO Patch upgrade and Data Base upgrade.


I have finished SAP Business One Functional Certification also.
