Job Profile summery & Responsibilities:-
Cross verify line parameters, process test results and confirm to the standard as per inspection plan.
Support assistant Manager in developing and maintaining the procedures and work instructions as per ISO 9001 & HACCP requirements.
Monitor defects in the line and suggest timely actions taken against it from RM & final products.
Cross verify document and test records in timely and accurate manner. Escalate non compliance arise during verification.
Coordinate to achieve team work to increase work efficiency.
Actively engage in sanitation, train and monitor line inspectors, performance in CIP.
Support Quality team members, and engage in active discussion with production and maintenance team to build confidence.
Coordinate with Assistant Manager and Manager to achieve Zero defect from Raw Material to finished good product.
Work closely with Quality team to get accurate information on trials.
Verify water parameters are meeting the set standards; take corrective action immediately if there is any deviation.
Ensure proper implementation of safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good House Keeping (GHK) is in place.
