- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions
- Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing.
- Supervision the day-to-day operation of the accounting.

- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations ,
- Booking all the financial transaction in appropriate general ledgers Accounts.
- Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets system.
- Provide effective control of inventory management and quantities of security Stock .
- Mantaining, reviewing and monitoring accounts receivables and sales invoices compliance with company policies .
- Follow up the cloection of accounts receivable and customer aging .
- Maintaining, reviewing and monitoring accounts payable and prepare the payments in maturity date after account confirmation .
- Costs control to ensure compliance with the standard cost ,and continuously reviewed of costs to reach the best cost of the product to maximize the profitability of company.
- Commitment with generally accepted accounting principles .
- Preparing Annualy, monthly financial statements, balance sheet , income statement , cash follow .
- Reviewing company financial performance and positive or negative variances.
- Works with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits .
- Liaising with banks and other financial institutions.
- Holding a monthly meeting to review overhead reports with department heads.
- Ensure the achievement of departmental objectives and maintain a documented accounting policies and procedures.
