-Maintain a long term relationship with the customer to open up multiple opportunities in the future.   
-Follow-up operation between the kitchen and the delivery of customer request
-Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions.
-Monthly research about the competing companies prices and their services in the market.
- Carrying out customers visits to study opportunities to finalize the appropriate catering offer.
-Develop and propose a visit plan for new clients.
-preparing menus that satisfy clients demands.
-Preparing quotation & proposal
-Follow up customers invoices.
-Increase the annual revenue of the company by improving the level of sales and -annual income of the company.
-After sales follow up
-Visit the locations more than one time to know all the required needs.
-Follow up any invoice and financial collection with customers
-Follow up with the support service
-Finalize the customer requirements with marketing departments (menu, rollup  ... etc.)
