Oversee day-to-day school operations.
Leading teaching and learning in Preschool, Primary and Middle school, Secondary school and A-levels.
Author and execute a school management plan which will include rigorous academic outcomes and improvement.
Plan, design, and lead high-quality school curriculum and programmes and bring the best to students learning.
Ensure that high academic standards are adhered to, with consistent monitoring of academic and staff performance.
Establish curriculum guidelines in collaboration with other school leaders and management and ensure that guidelines are adhered to.
Keep informed of current practices and techniques relating to school programs, teaching, and administration by attending meetings and conferences.
Implementing and monitoring school policies and safety protocols.
Maintain and ensure school licensing complies with government regulations.
Overseeing the student admissions process and procedure smoothly, conducting school tours, and preparing the enrolment process as required.
Monitor, track and report on academic progress, such as examination details and students' quarterly reports.
Involvement in the whole school’s events planning and activities as required.
Conduct school meetings with school leaders and teachers to ensure all divisions and work are aligned on the school's development.
Act as the registered school manager and fulfill all the criteria of a school manager as required by CPE.
Any other duties as assigned by the director and management from time to time.
