Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a team of mystery shoppers, ensuring quality and consistency in their work.
Provide guidance, training, and feedback to shoppers to improve their performance.

Client Relations:

Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Data Analysis:

Analyze mystery shopping data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Generate comprehensive reports and provide actionable insights to clients.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality assurance standards for mystery shopping projects.
Perform audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, particularly in mystery shopping or market research.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of the mystery shopping industry and related tools/software is a plus.
