Analyzed all the Sustainment Logistics application legacy functionality and business rules, redesigned the functionality and developed Software Development Folders for the application developers. Was instrumental in assisting the application developers by providing functional understanding and conducting software development peer reviews. In addition, assisted in the preparation and conducting of User Reviews and User Workshops with the customer, assisted with the establishment of development work estimates and assisted with mapping contract requirements to the legacy Logistics systems functionality. Participated in the re-engineering and design of the Sustainment portion of the DCAPES database which required knowledge of ORACLE and Relational Database structures, methodologies, and entity relationship diagrams, along with knowledge of Logistics functionality and the ability to re-engineer legacy system file structures into a relational database.

Analyzed, re-designed, and re-engineered the Joint Personnel Asset Visibility User client system requiring experience with logical and physical technical architectures of large management information systems. The JPAV User system allows the user to traverse a series of interactive menus and screens to allow the personnel user community the capability to identify, locate and track forces by unit and/or individual tasked to a specified mission. Developed, designed, and incorporated numerous additional functional requirements into the system in addition to closely working with the JPAV functional analyst and the primary government JPAV user proponent. Instrumental in the design and development of the JPAV database, which required extensive knowledge of Relational Database structure and methodology. In addition, developed MIL-STD-498 and DII COE compliant documentation for the entire JPAV Server, Database, and client applications.
