Noryan has been delivering services and solutions for well over a decade and has been involved in a diverse range of private, government, and public sector initiatives.

The company started providing simple software customization services in the late 1990s and gradually expanded over the years to offer technology project management and supervision services to some of the largest local and international companies in the world. Noryan slowly diversified its customer base between 2005 and 2010 to include telecommunication, media, and oil and gas customers. From 2010 onwards Noryan began to establish several strategic joint ventures and partnerships in national security, defense, and employment services to name a few.
The company also launched its office systems division in January 2013.
