· Generate the various document control reports as required.

· Typing of site documents and follow up of the entire site needs

· Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project

· Perform clerical typing duties to generate documents as necessary.

· Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents

· Processing PO, Payment Request, Other Documents & Finance Follow up.

· Follow up with client for document approval.

· Ability to resolve discrepancies
