1. Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates and meet the company's staffing needs.

2. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.

3. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.

4. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure a strong fit with the company's culture and requirements.

5. Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication.

6. Extend offers of employment and negotiate terms with selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

7. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and integration into the company culture.

8. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal developments related to talent acquisition, and make recommendations for process improvement.

9. Utilize data and metrics to track and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize the talent acquisition process.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

1. 7+ years in Talent Acquisition Involved in Executive hiring/ Executive Search, Senior Management positions such as General Manager, Director, CEO & CFO above category.

2. A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.

3. Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruiter, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
