To co-ordinate the sales department activates and support the sales teams by creating the quotations, order fulfilment to ensure timely and accurate processing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To prepare the sales quotations, and convert them into sales orders in addition to preparing the purchasing requests when receiving the POs from our customers.
To support the sales teams with accurate and up to date information and respond to their inquiries.
To follow up confirmed sales orders and to ensure a timely delivery to meet the customer expectations
To co-ordinate with various departments and control the order from the moment the sale is confirmed to the moment it’s delivered to the customer
To understand and follow the sales processes and cycle
To check and maintain the accuracy of sales order status
To help the sales representatives in improving their productivity and spending more time in selling
To ensure that the sales representatives have sufficient quantities of sales support material, such as product brochures and samples
To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email
To direct all customers’ sales requirements and deliver them to the concerned when received
To maintain sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team
To participate in other as-needed customer service and sales support activities
To prepare the final list of quotations quarterly.
To report the sales results and performance for individual salesman, group of salesmen or the overall performance of the department.
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma degree in business or equivalent field
Understanding of the basic sales processes
Minimum Related Experience:
2+ years of related experience in a similar organization i.e. medical company
