OBJECTIVE/OVERVIEW
The Employer Account Manager establishes links with employers to generate appropriate and sustainable vacancies for Hafiz Job Seekers. The role requires establishing and maintaining close working relationships with local employers, job advisors, Hafiz job seekers and other key partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
Builds strong relationships with local employers to generate future vacancies.
- Generates a target number of vacancies per month through cold calling, mail shot and face-to-face meetings with existing and new employers
- contributes to team targets for job outcomes in terms of job starts and sustainability
- Identifies, agree and organize pre-job training needs of clients with employers where appropriate - Ensures all job interactions are recorded on a management information system on a daily basis - Maintains quality records on management information system for use by the job advisors and fellow Employer Account Managers - Publicises all vacancies to job advisors within 24 hours -
Works alongside job advisors to ensure they are aware of employer
-led vacancies and to clearly communicate employers’ recruitment needs and interview processes - Engages with employer-focused partner organisations such as Chambers of Commerce and Business Forums and other key stakeholders to develop and strengthen employer contacts and engage their commitment to use the JPC (Job Placement Center)
