The Employer Account Manager establishes links with employers to generate appropriate and sustainable vacancies for “Hard to Help” Hafiz Job Seekers. The role requires establishing and maintaining close working relationships with local employers, Mentors, Hafiz job seekers and other key partners. He will also work with our employer partners to generate work taster and work trial opportunities. In particular, they will work with employers to develop sector specific route-ways that will combine training with real jobs
