• Develop strong bakery products portfolio that suits market needs
  • Develop technical initiatives geared towards improving the current infrastructure and process;
  • Coordinate with the plant and engineering divisions to recommend plans and designs related to the Bakery plant to reach state of art production that helps in meeting customers satisfactions and achieving sales goals;
  • Establish strict process control system to ensure high level of consistent Quality products and Implement Quality Assurance measures;
  • Ensure projects are executed as per plans and within the time frame agreed on;
  • Involve in the selection recommend type of equipment needed by the bakery plant;
  • Support R&D to develop the recipes of the products portfolio needed by key customers;
  • Overlooking the production; R &D and Quality department during trials and during commercial runs;
  • Ensure consistent quality products are being produced and delivered to customers as per requirement;
  • Drive the project of packaging and set the specification of each SKU's as per customer/standard requirement
  • Recommend proper pricing strategy for Key Customers;
  • Coordinate with other functions within the organization (supply chain, Production, Quality, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Human Resources) and ensure high level of professional communication;
  • Drive the sales of bakery in Food services Channels and in-stores Bakeries and achieve Budget (Volume and Value);
  • Negotiate and lead dialogues with Regional Key Accounts customers
  • Develop customized product range and locked recipes required by Key Customers;
  • Attend scheduled meetings (Initiatives, Forecast, Business review, category meeting )
  • Generate monthly reports and prepare presentations, competition analysis, etc…
  • Follow up on bakery projects and ensure smooth delivery and meeting deadlines;
  • Manage customer situations and designs strategies necessary to maximize customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Food Science/ Nutrition
  • Proficiency in basic office computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite),
  • 3-5 years of Bakery technical sales management experience, worked in industrial frozen bakery production is a plus;
  • Experience bakery production industry, technical experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal and technical skills,
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English language, Arabic is a definite plus
