Job Purpose:
To ensure customer satisfaction and report findings as requested by the sales manager and assist Communications manager in day to day activities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Answer customer and consumer questions about Entaj chicken and our organization.
- Keep updated account of customer list in coordination with sales team.
- Maintain record of inquiries, customer comments, complaints, feedback, etc.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining its cause. Determining the best solution to solve the problem and expediting action to resolve the problem.
- Finalize call tracking tickets on each call &ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Professional phone manner, manage length of calls, etc.
- Maintain regular punctual attendance to work
- Assist in implementation of marketing activations and special events.
- Write and/or contribute to collateral content (including website & social media) and assist in translation of content.
- Regular communication with marketing and sales team.
- Communicates regularly with customers.
- Decides on solution to customer complaints
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Management, preferably in marketing
Experience :
- 1 year customer service.
