Serves as backup on all specialized administrative duties:
Responsible for accuracy, clarity and quality of admin documentation.
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Maintain hard copy of admin documents.
Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Management.
Skills
• At least 2 years of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in general administrative duties.
• Good organizational skills with accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
• Computer Literate - MS Office Skills (Word, Excel &PowerPoint).
• Can speak and write in English. Arabic speaking skills will be beneficial.
• Saudi National with valid driving license preferred.
