Job Title: B2B Sales Specialist

Department: Sales Team - Yalla Hub

Reporting To: Direct reporting to Head of Sales

Main Purpose of the Job:

You will be the first employee in Saudi Region on behalf of our company to support our expansion across the GCC region, we are looking for an experienced sales professional, who will be a part of our international team while leading our sales efforts and developing business in KSA.

Key Tasks:

1: Identify potential customers and qualify new sales leads (FMCG brands, E-commerce sellers, Apparel brands, electronics and other verticals looking for growth of their online sales & presence in the Gulf region)

2: Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly

3: Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to the appropriate departments

4: Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects

5: Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers

6: Coordinate with other team members and departments to enhance services & sales

7: Meet and/or exceed sales targets

8: Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services

Requirements:

1: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in one of the fields: FMCG, Retail, International trade, E-Commerce, B2B SaaS

2: Strong verbal and written communication skills: English, Arabic (fluent or native speaker)

3: Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

4: Excellent interpersonal skills

5: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

6: Working knowledge of CRM systems
