w Supervise / Participate in weekly Bank Reconciliations process and clearance of outstanding items.
w Preparation of monthly accounts closing entries.
w Support in investment planning, controlling & reporting surplus cash and deposits.
w Assistance in providing auditors requirements during quarter reviews and annual audit.
w Support in preparation of all reporting requirements.
w Monitor & control all other finance functions & activities.
w Collection of required information from other departments for budgeting, forecasting, and analyses deviation of actuals.
w Lead VAT return filing & co-ordinates with other departments.
w Highlight all issues relating to financials (GL’s).
w Preparation of all presentation & annual reports.
w Preparation and uploading Tadawul announcements.
w Review and oversee all voucher prepared by the team.
w Sending actuals reports to other department to assignee ownership.
w Review Arabic financials.
w Ensure that all activities vouchers and its supporting documents are properly logged onto Finance Shared Folder for record-keeping purposes and in manual filing.
w Perform other duties as assigned.
