• Develop and manage relationship with external suppliers, event organizers, event agencies and sponsorship clients.
• Develop and manage the events and sponsorship annual budget.
• Develop competitive reviews and analysis for events and sponsorship on quarterly basis.
• Manage events and sponsorship end to end from the planning, requirement gathering, issue resolution, cost tracking …etc till event launch.
• Manage sponsorship deals end to end including budget, forecast expenditure, advertising, PR and ROI.
• Manage the PR and CSR from the planning till implementation.
• Negotiate event investment with third parties, suppliers, event organizers and agencies
• Responsible for creation and implementation of all types of events including corporate events, brand ambassadors, product launch, trade exhibitions, roadshows, conferences. etc.
• Responsible for event branding, advertising, PR and ROI evaluation.
• Responsible for the implementation of the annual events and sponsorship plan.
