• Responsible of a specific territory POS in term of product availability and visibility.
• Proper training of Distributors and POS for product placement.
• Gather accurate POS data in close coordination with Distributors and get it entered in our system for proper tracking.
• Effective use of the data by category, segment, product and sales wise.
• Help in providing accurate visibility to the back end data miners.
• Provide authentic market & competitor’s feedback.
• Especially designed time-to-market for BTL (Below the Line) activities should be accurate and f youth centric.
• Ensure the retail audit results are in desired KPI’s, set by the management.
• Effective and efficient management of posters, banners & shop fascias etc (Trade Collateral).
• Daily market visit / call to the concerned distributor / POS and help them resolve problems issues related to daily sales.
• Assure Distributors and their teams are working as per given KPI’s. Also maintain margins on the products and ensure cross territory violation and Distributor’s profitability.
• Maintain benchmark levels for all new sim packs, recharge cards and electronic top-up enablers i.e. POS float, served, un-served, frequency & drop size.
