Receive, inspect and store all incoming materials, reconcile with purchase orders and track damages and discrepancies on orders received, to ensure incoming materials meet the orders and specifications.
2. Transportation and delivery
Supervise the processing of the internal deliveries of requested raw materials and transportation and delivery of finished goods to the sales depots to ensure correct delivery at the required moment.
Maintain optimum stock levels and proper storage to ensure availability of materials and goods at the required moment.
Process the supporting documentation for purchase and delivery orders and record in the system to ensure an accurate and up-to-date insight on inventory levels, provision of input for the procurement process and correct recording and administration.
5. Cancelled and damaged goods/materials
Support procurement in shipping canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate in order to receive a refund.
6. Cleanliness and order
Maintain the warehouses well and ensure cleanliness and orderly storage so the physical environment meets the company’s standards.
7. Inventory control
Carry out regular inventory checks to see if the actual stock meets the recorded one.
