Strategic Marketing Cooperator
Working closely with the President, the Strategic Marketing and Communications Manager will:
1. Develop Our HR Consultant Company's Marketing and Communications Strategy:
a) Clarify Our HR Consultant Company's primary value propositions, and develop a strategy to target potential partners to support our company's work going forwards
b) Increase and expand the clientele base of Our HR Consultant Company at various services (Consultation – Training- Assessment)..
c) Achieving a mobility percentage of out-of-office visits of 50%
d) Identify high profile forums and opportunities for the President and other key staff to promote Our HR Consultant Company.
e) Revise our HR Consultant Company's branding and output portfolio in support of this strategy
f) Develop new products as required in support
2. Implement Our Marketing and Communications Strategy – Branding and outputs
a) Manage our branding strategy (taking current branding guidelines, websites and practices to the next level of implementation in support of the strategy
b) Manage the delivery and management of outputs across all Our HR Consulting work, providing guidance to our staff on distribution and use
c) Develop and manage our industry messaging, including training of Our Company staff
3. Manage Our HR Consultant Company's Marketing and Communications Strategy – Relationships and Income Our HR Consultant Company pipeline
a. Identify a range of potential financing partnerships and appropriate channels and venues for promotion of Our HR Consultant Company and its projects and services
b. Develop and implement strategic partnership engagement plans
c. Manage a Tonofa pipeline of income opportunities across Our HR Consultant Company's various business lines with Senior Managers.
d. Support and ensure closure on various financing partnership deals together with the President In addition, the Strategic Marketing and Communications Manager will be required to perform other duties as a member of the Our HR Consultant Company Management team.
4. External representation of Our HR Consultant Company in various public forums
5. Member of Our HR Consultant Company's senior management team contributing to ongoing internal systems and practice development
