Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance teams and daily repair activities.
Conduct inspections and identify maintenance needs.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Report progress and maintenance records to management.
Requirements
3–5 years’ proven experience as a Foreman in residential or facilities management.
Technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
