الوصف الوظيفي

  • To represent the interests of Teras Offshore as designated by Management.
  • Procurement support by means of obtaining quotes, guidance of Procurement team on Saudi Arabia requirements.
  • Procurement support with logistic arrangements.
  • Technical support to obtain quotes for 3rd party services.
  • Technical support to arrange 3rd party technicians onboard travel arrangements.
  • Technical support NS-5 issues with raising PO’s and upload invoices into the NS-5 invoice module.
  • Operations support handling bunker supplies, agency services and other ad-hoc operations matters.
  • Crewing support by assisting Crewing department with on-signing & off-signing arrangements.
  • Oversight of freight forwarding, cargo movement, receipt and dispatch operations, offshore operations, health and safety, warehousing, port operations, materials management, yard operations and multi-site operations.
  • Liaise with Agents for personnel clearance, materials import/export, barges and vessels import/export, application and compliance of local laws and government permits, and kept abreast of ever-changing local laws
  • Liaise with onshore and offshore teams for crew and 3rd-party mobilization
  • Liaise with shipping agents, port authorities, project and site personnel to ensure that crew / supply-boat turn-around achieved in a safety, timely and cost-effective manner
  • Improve coordination practices to minimize air and seaport services downtime
  • Assist Project teams and Operation Manager to ensure timely scheduling of Vessels, personnel, materials movements & 3rd party services.
  • Review and improve existing SOP’s, with close follow up on the implementation in order to strengthen the systematic control
  • Ensure and check invoicing and billing of Local Vendors, 3rd party’s & agent in line with agreement and with proper supporting documents.
  • To handle Operational functions supporting the Operations team as required for effective operations of vessels assigned.
  • Assist to plan, execute and manage vessel operations including maintenance, repairs and modification of vessels assigned.
  • Conduct visits to each vessel assigned, covering operational & Technical audits ensuring compliance of crew to company policies and procedures.
  • Any other ad hoc duties.
