Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to laptops and mobile phones
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers.
Co-ordinate with teams to assist them with any IT infrastructure activity related to network upgrades
Prompt escalations to Senior IT personnel for any outages
Install authorized software to laptops and desktops
Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops
Maintain standard SLA, OLA
Maintain record on SLM tool and update it time to time
Testing new technology
Fault-finding to laptops and desktops
Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained
Providing support for MAC and PC
Perform basic administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager
Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers

Job Requirement:
Bachelors in IT or computer science or equivalent
3-4 years of IT Support experience
Very Good MCSE knowledge or Certification
Basic CCNA Knowledge
Good ITIL knowledge or certification
Must have knowledge of any ticketing tool (BMC Remedy, Service now, etc)
Customer support skills
Good logical reasoning
Good communication skills
Flexible with working hours
Professional personality and positive attitude
An ability to stick to strict deadlines
