We're looking for candidates who are immediately available and who have at least 8 years recruitment experience. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of placing National and Expat candidates across the gulf region.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will have accountability for the design and delivery of the entire recruitment process. Specifically, you’ll ensure hiring needs are met, and within your designated business area, you’ll be responsible for all hiring manager engagement, sourcing and selection and advertising.
As an Oil and Gas expert, you will be capable of managing a number of open vacancies, your role will include:
- Ensuring best in class attraction, segmented and planned by workforce type with a robust Vacancy Management Plan and Vacancy Attraction Plan
- Handling attraction and pre-selection, facilitating the assessment process and providing offer management
- Managing stakeholder relationships across line managers, HR and department heads as well as third party suppliers
- Advising on best practice and building expertise in the client’s business
