1. Oversee the planning, analysis, recommendations in support
of project construction
2. Construction activities may be related to new facilities or
modification to existing sites.
3.Assist in developing and implementing corporate construction policies that support project construction
4.Civil Superintendent will interact with EPCL construction sites, clients, and engineering offices to ensure successful management of all Civil works in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements as approved by the company.
5.Monitors the activities of contractors and subcontractors performing craftwork, ensuring compliance with project quality, safety, and security requirements.
6.Ensures that all subordinates are trained on and aware of specifications and work procedures and are utilized to ensure optimal efficiency.
7.Plans required work activity to ensure that design drawings, tools, equipment, and materials are available when needed.
