Key Responsibilities:
User Research and Analysis: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
Information Architecture: Structure and organize content within digital products to ensure intuitive navigation and information flow.
Interaction Design: Design interactive elements such as buttons, menus, and user pathways for seamless user engagement.
Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes and conduct usability tests to identify pain points and enhance user experience.
Wireframing and Mockups: Create wireframes (low-fidelity) and mockups (high-fidelity) to visualize product layouts and interfaces.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
Usability Testing: Evaluate product usability by observing real users completing tasks, identifying areas for improvement.
Accessibility: Ensure the product is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, by following accessibility standards.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze user feedback and data after product launch to implement iterative design improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
