A global tech hub empowering talent from tech companies seeks a motivated Account Manager & Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline Management:
- Expand client base through strategic account management;
- Develop relationships with clients and partners;
- Provide exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships;
- Deliver accurate forecasts and market intelligence;
- Facilitate client onboarding and support;
- Attend industry events to expand the network.
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs;
- Source, screen, and assess candidates;
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process;
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance.
Process Optimization:
- Implement and optimize account management and recruitment processes.
About You:
- Located in KSA or UAE
- Proven experience in account management and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
- Team player committed to personal and professional growth.
