- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with decision makers and those who influence their decision as to who supplies their concrete.
- Develop and maintain a list of target and development customers and build strong relationships with them in order to meet new sales goals.
- Meet or exceed new and retention sales volume goals.
- Uncover and understand customer needs and set expectations correctly.
- Assist customers and Quality Control in expediting required mix design submittals.
- Project research and review concrete specifications to submit to QC for verification and approval prior to bidding projects.
- Resolve customer issues fairly and in a timely manner.
- Assist credit department with collections.
- Follow, track and understand national and local economic trends and developments that impact the local ready mix market.
- Coordinate concrete delivery with customer and Central Dispatch.
- Must be able to accurately forecast budget yardage/sales price within the market area.
- Maintain a positive reputation in the communities in the service area.
- Must have knowledge of AL-Qassim and surrounding as well as good relationship with customer.
