We are seeking an experienced and creative PPC & Social Media Executive to lead our digital advertising and content strategy across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat, and more. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance marketing, understands social trends, and has a track record of successful healthcare campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

PPC Campaign Management (Google, Meta & Snapchat)

  • Plan and manage high-performing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Snapchat Ads

  • Develop and implement location-based targeting and custom audience segments to generate high-quality leads

  • Continuously optimize bidding strategies, ad placements, and creative content for maximum ROI

  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS

  • Conduct A/B testing of visuals, headlines, and calls-to-action (CTAs)

Social Media Management

  • Design and execute content plans for Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and other platforms

  • Lead the creative team to produce engaging, platform-specific content (e.g., reels, stories, short videos)

  • Monitor social trends, community feedback, and competitor activity to guide content direction

  • Engage with followers, manage inboxes, respond to DMs/comments, and enhance the clinic’s online reputation

Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Snapchat Ads Manager for campaign performance tracking

  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

  • Recommend and execute optimizations based on data and patient engagement trends

Campaign Coordination & Clinic Promotion

  • Promote key services like Dermatology, Dental, Pediatrics, and Women’s Health through targeted campaigns

  • Collaborate with internal teams to market new doctor arrivals, events, promotions, and outreach programs

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging in line with healthcare regulations and clinic guidelines

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in PPC and social media advertising (healthcare preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market, especially South Riyadh’s audience behavior

  • Proficient in content planning and visual editing tools like Canva or Adobe Suite

  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred
