We are one of the leading manpower contracting companies established since over 34 years with large client base like Aramco, Sabic, Maa’den, and many other government projects.
At the moment we are looking for a Human Resources Manager based at - Dammam.
Requirements:-
1. Minimum 7-10 years of experience as HR manager in a manpower contracting business in KSA. Thorough and qualified Human resources candidate only
2. Good Communication and interpersonal Skills
3. Good contacts with in the industry and a drive to deliver business goals effectively upto the client satisfaction.
4, Proven track record of managing team and formulating strategies and troubleshooting of issues and concerns of clients and company operational matters.
5. Saudi National ONLY
6. Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures, drawing and implementing them
6. Mention notice period / availability to join.
7. Current salary package drawn
8. Expected Salary with benefits.
9. KSA Driving License.
